"Siraj Ibn Wahhaj was conducting weapons training at the compound."

Prosecutors said in court documents on Wednesday that Siraj Ibn Wahhaj was training children at a New Mexico compound to commit school shootings, the Associated Press reported.

A raid by authorities early Wednesday morning found 11 starving children living in a filthy makeshift compound near the Colorado border, where they were receiving weapons training, according to AP.

Wahhaj faces extradition to Georgia for the charge of abducting his son, who went missing in December. Authorities discovered the remains of a child at the New Mexico compound, but those remains have not yet been positively identified.

Wahhaj and four other adults face felony child abuse charges. Prosecutors filed the documents while asking that Wahhaj be held without bail.
